Begin your unforgettable journey with a pick-up from your hotel in Torres del Paine or Puerto Natales, followed by a scenic one-hour drive through the park to Grey Lake. Upon arrival, you’ll board the Grey III Catamaran, enjoying a breathtaking one-hour navigation across the lake, surrounded by icebergs, to reach Bigfoot Patagonia Basecamp. Ice Hike Experience After a brief introduction from expert guides, you’ll gear up for the adventure ahead. A short zodiac ride will take you to the west side of the Grey Glacier, where you’ll disembark on a glacier island (nunatak). The trek begins with a walk across the island, leading you to the ice itself. Before stepping onto the glacier, the guides will provide a comprehensive safety briefing, including movement techniques and proper equipment use. Once ready, you’ll embark on a 3-hours exploration of Greu Glacier, marveling at its spectacular formations—cracks, rivers, lagoons, and ice tunnels in stunning shades of blue. This experience combines adventure, education, and awe-inspiring beauty, creating memories to last a lifetime.

Return Journey After descending the glacier, the zodiac will bring you back to the basecamp, followed by another scenic catamaran ride on Grey Lake. Sip on a refreshing pisco sour served with glacial ice as you take in the incredible surroundings. Your journey concludes with a transfer back to your hotel.
