Begin your adventure with a transfer to our base camp at Serrano village, where you’ll meet our expert guides and receive all necessary kayaking equipment. The guides will provide a thorough safety briefing and paddling instructions to prepare you for the journey. From there, a vehicle will transfer you to the Lago Grey area, near Grey Hotel, where the real excitement begins.

Tour Highlights
Depending on weather conditions, the adventure starts at either the Pingo River or Grey River, with the goal of exploring the iconic Grey lake and its mesmerizing icebergs, calved from the nearby Grey Glacier. Paddle amidst this extraordinary landscape, a one-of-a-kind experience in the heart of Patagonia.

The tour continues with a thrilling descent along the Grey River, offering stunning views of the Paine Massif. Depending on the weather and river conditions, you may even tackle some rapids, with all decisions made by our experienced guides to prioritize safety.

At the Grey bridge, your guides will determine whether to conclude the excursion or continue the adventure down to our base camp along the Serrano river.

This unforgettable experience spans approximately 5 hours and covers nearly 30 kilometers of Patagonia’s most breathtaking waterways.

This activity is rated as medium-high difficulty and is recommended for participants with prior kayaking experience. The rivers are subject to Patagonia’s unpredictable weather, including strong winds, making safety our top priority at all times.
