Antares Patagonia Adventure

Privacy policy

Last updated: October 22, 2026

This policy explains how we use personal data received through our website and contact channels, and distinguishes requested services from marketing communications.

1. Who handles your data

Antares Patagonia Adventure manages information received through https://antarespatagonia.com and its contact channels to handle requests and provide its services. Contact location: Señoret 243, Puerto Natales, Magallanes, Chile.

Email info@antarespatagonia.com to ask about the use of your data or exercise your rights.

2. Information we receive

We receive the information you choose to provide in each form or contact: name, email address, subject and enquiry, together with the details you provide to organise your trip. The newsletter receives the details requested in its subscription form.

Required details are identified in the relevant form. Avoid including identity documents or medical information in a general sales enquiry.

3. Enquiries and requested services

We use information to answer enquiries, prepare proposals and quotations for programmes and excursions, provide availability information and coordinate requested travel services.

Handling your request and sending messages needed to manage it are separate from future advertising. Sending an enquiry does not by itself authorise promotional communications.

4. Marketing and withdrawal of consent

If you subscribe to the newsletter or expressly agree to receive marketing from Antares Patagonia Adventure, we will use your name, where provided, and email address to send you email information about Antares Patagonia Adventure programmes, excursions, news and promotions.

Marketing consent is voluntary and relates to this brand and the stated channel. An enquiry or booking does not constitute a subscription or authorise advertising from other brands in the group.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@antarespatagonia.com. We will stop sending promotions without affecting the handling of your enquiry or messages needed for requested services.

5. Passenger forms and sensitive information

Passenger forms may request identification, passport, birth, emergency contact, insurance, accommodation, transfer, and medical, health or dietary information relevant to the trip. These details are used to organise services and support passenger safety; they are not used for advertising or marketing segmentation.

Provide only the information needed for the activity. If you provide another person’s details, you must have their permission. Accepting trip conditions in the passenger form does not subscribe you to the newsletter or constitute marketing consent.

6. Providers and recipients

We use hosting, form storage and email providers, including Supabase and Resend. The newsletter integrates Constant Contact to manage subscriptions and communications. The website also loads Google Tag Manager. Information needed for a trip may be shared with providers involved in the requested services.

These services may process data outside Chile under their terms. You can ask about recipients and the processing of your data by emailing info@antarespatagonia.com.

7. Browsing, cookies and measurement

The website uses Google Tag Manager and keeps visit-source information in browser session storage, which may be associated with enquiries to identify their source, campaign or landing page.

Tools loaded on the website may process device information, identifiers and browsing activity through cookies or similar technologies. You can manage cookies and storage in your browser; blocking them may affect some features and measurement.

8. Retention and care of data

We retain data for as long as needed to handle requests, provide services, meet applicable legal obligations and resolve potential enquiries or claims. Data used for marketing is used while consent remains in place and that purpose remains necessary.

Withdrawal stops promotional messages. A minimal consent or suppression record may need to be retained to evidence your request and prevent further messages. You can ask about retention or request deletion where applicable. Access must be limited to those who need the data for the stated purposes.

9. Your rights and how to exercise them

You can request information about your data and its use, ask for inaccurate details to be corrected, request deletion or blocking where applicable, object to advertising and withdraw consent for future uses. Email info@antarespatagonia.com and describe your request.

We may ask for the minimum information needed to verify your identity where the nature of the request requires it. You do not need to give a reason to unsubscribe from marketing communications.

10. Changes to this policy

We will publish updates on this page with the revision date. Publishing a new version does not create new marketing consent or by itself expand a previous authorisation.
